Service Advisor Responsibilities
Greet customers and provide them with a warm welcome to our service department
Listen to customer concerns and accurately document their vehicle''s issues
Utilize your mechanical knowledge to assess vehicle problems and recommend necessary repairs or maintenance
Provide accurate estimates for repair costs and timeframes
Upsell additional services or products that may benefit the customer''s vehicle
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle throughout the repair process
Handle cash/card transactions and maintain accurate records of payments
