This role is crucial in maintaining and strengthening relationships with our HNW and UHNW clients, introducers, and lenders, ensuring a seamless client experience from enquiry to deal completion.The CRM will act as a key point of contact for clients, managing communications, coordinating transactions, and ensuring exceptional service levels.
