Responsibilities

Qualifying applicants, identifying their needs and showing them suitable propertiesProactively creating opportunities by making a high volume of calls to our expansive databaseCross-selling between the other JOHNSandCO branches and our extensive New Homes offeringsWorking as a team to ensure the annual target is metConduct viewings and negotiate offersDelivering a very high level of customer service to all clients

Qualifications

Proven experience in residential sales, with a demonstrable track record of successExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quicklyKnowledge of the

London property marketProactive and tenaciousTarget driven and ability to meet and exceed key KPIs (calls, viewings, offers and sales)A strong understanding of the sales process and current legislationDedicated to exceeding client expectationsHold a valid driving licence (essential)
