Salary/Benefits: £25k - £39k + Training and Benefits

We are recruiting for a qualified and hardworking Legionella Risk Assessor in the South East of England. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record of working within the industry, and would have local access to the M25 for more convenient travel across client sites. You will be joining a multi-disciplined Environmental Compliance outfit, who can offer excellent cross-training opportunities. Salaries and benefits are competitive and include overtime and pension scheme.

You will be travelling across: Enfield, Ilford, Romford, Bishop''s Stortford, Chelmsford, Billericay, Basildon, Dartford, Gravesend, Grays, Tilbury, Bromley, Orpington, Croydon, Sutton, Epsom, Kingston upon Thames, Hounslow, Woking, Guildford, Bracknell, Slough, Reading, Maidenhead, Southall, Hounslow, Watford, Harrow, Wembley, Luton, St Albans, Potters Bar, Cheshunt.

Experience / Qualifications

Must have strong experience undertaking Legionella Risk Assessments

Will hold the City and Guilds (WMSoc) in Legionella Risk Assessing

Fully conversant in HSG 274, HTM 0401 and ACOP L8 guidelines

Strong analytical skills

Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills

Hardworking attitude

The Role

Undertaking Legionella Risk Assessments on domestic hot and cold systems

Water sampling and temperature monitoring

Creating detailed schematics and reports

Advising clients on highlighted risks, and remedial recommendations

Reviewing and interpreting sample results

Assisting with costings for remedial duties

Adhering to strict deadlines
