Senior Cost Manager An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Cost Manager to join a leading construction and cost consultancy in Belfast. This is a key role within a growing team, offering the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects across Northern Ireland and the wider island of Ireland. You will take a lead role in the commercial management of projects, working closely with clients, project teams and senior leadership. The role offers excellent exposure across sectors including commercial, healthcare, education, residential, infrastructure, public sector, regeneration and mixed-use developments. Key ResponsibilitiesLead the cost management of projects from pre-contract through to completionPrepare cost estimates, cost plans and tender documentationProvide procurement advice and undertake tender analysisManage valuations, change control, cost reporting and riskLead final account negotiations and commercial managementProvide expert cost and commercial advice to clientsBuild and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationshipsSupport business development and the growth of existing client relationshipsProvide leadership, guidance and support to junior team members About YouDegree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related disciplineMRICS preferred, although candidates working towards chartership will be consideredStrong pre and post-contract experienceExperience within a consultancy environmentGood knowledge of JCT, NEC or similar construction ..... full job details .....
