Role: Engineering ManagerSalary: 65,000 - 75,000 DOE + Bonus (potentially higher for the right candidate)Hours: Mon-Fri, core hours 08:30 - 17:00 (must be flexible depending on business needs)Location: Marden, KentContract: Full-time, PermanentKHR is working with a growing and well-established engineering and manufacturing business to recruit an experienced technical Engineering Manager to lead a multidisciplinary engineering function.The role will focus on leading and developing the engineering team, overseeing NPI/NPD projects from concept through to design and manufacturing, while also improving engineering processes.
