Prospero Teaching is seeking an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) or Mentor to join a specialist provision in Fareham (PO16). This setting supports secondary-aged pupils with complex needs, including Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) and Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC). The provision delivers a therapeutic, highly personalised curriculum focused on emotional wellbeing, life skills and academic progress. Role Overview This is a practical, rewarding role ideal for someone confident working with pupils who present with challenging behaviour. You will deliver lessons, mentor pupils, and support their wider development both in the classroom and out in the community.
