Senior Manufacturing Engineer
Cure Talent is delighted to be partnering with an innovative medical device company based in southwest London, as they appoint their first dedicated Senior Manufacturing Engineer. The business designs and manufactures a clinically approved medical device used in the treatment of wound and surgical site infections. With strong commercial momentum and international expansion underway, they are now entering an important phase of scaling their manufacturing capability. This is not a steady state factory role. This is a hands-on build and scale opportunity within a growing MedTech business. The opportunity Manufacturing is currently led by the engineering team, with production delivered through a manual assembly process. The business is now creating a dedicated manufacturing space and is looking for someone to take ownership of formalising and developing this function. You will play a key role in structuring manufacturing operations, improving production control, enhancing process robustness, and supporting increased output as demand grows. Over time, you will build and lead a small manufacturing team and help shape the long term manufacturing strategy.
