Key Responsibilities: Delivering high-quality instruction in electrical installation to studentsTravelling between the organisation''s three sites, necessitating a full driving licence and personal vehicleDeveloping and implementing engaging lesson plans and practical sessionsAssessing and monitoring student progress, providing constructive feedbackMaintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practicesCompleting and reviewing necessary documentation and reportsCollaborating with colleagues to ensure a cohesive learning experienceUndertaking relevant training and development to stay current in the field Job Requirements: Significant experience in electrical installationRelevant industry qualificationsPassion for teaching and mentoring studentsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWillingness to travel between multiple sitesA teaching qualification is preferred, but relevant industry experience is essentialCommitment to obtaining a teaching qualification if not already held (with support and funding provided by the organisation) Benefits: 42 days annual leave (including bank holidays), with a mandatory period during Christmas shutdownWorking hours: Monday - Thursday 8:00 - 16:15 and Friday 8:00 - ..... full job details .....
