What You’ll Do

Advising on UK and international employment issues

Drafting and negotiating contracts, consultancy agreements and settlements

Supporting senior leaders on high-stakes HR matters

Shaping and delivering training across the business

Contributing to global projects and corporate transactions

Helping evolve policies in line with legal and cultural shifts

What You’ll Bring

3+ years’ PQE in employment law (UK-qualified)

Commercial, solutions-driven mindset

Confidence working across functions and jurisdictions

Bonus: media, creative, or international exposure
