Project Manager - Cladding Remediation

We''re looking for an experienced Project Manager to deliver a fa-ade replacement and refurbishment programme across occupied high-rise residential buildings in Bristol.

You''ll provide end-to-end project leadership, ensuring exceptional standards of safety, quality and customer satisfaction while managing programme, commercial performance and project teams.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading multiple high-rise refurbishment projects from pre-construction through completion
• Managing subcontractors and supply chain partners
• Maintaining the highest standards of health, safety and compliance
• Building strong relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholders
• Managing programme, quality, budgets and project risks
• Driving a zero-defects approach at handover
• Supporting sustainability and environmental objectives
• Leading and developing site teams to deliver outstanding results

What we''re looking for:

• Proven experience managing large construction or refurbishment projects within occupied / live environments
• High-rise/high-risk building experience
• Fa-ade, fire remediation, roofing and structural works knowledge
• SMSTS, CSCS, Temporary Works Coordinator, Scaffold Inspection & First Aid
• Full UK driving licence
• Experience managing projects through subcontractor and supply chain delivery from preconstruction through to construction phase and handover
• Social housing refurbishment experience, and PAS2035 retrofit knowledge would be beneficial
