Join us as a Support Officer UASC and play a key role in supporting Unaccompanied Asylum-Seeking Children (UASC) Care Leavers as they build the confidence and skills to live independently. No two days are the same. You''ll support a small caseload of young people, meeting them across our properties in Oxford and helping them navigate the transition to independent living. From supporting them with housing and accessing local services to developing everyday life skills, you''ll build trusted relationships that make a lasting difference. Working closely with colleagues and partner agencies, you''ll use your initiative to respond to changing situations and help young people overcome challenges as they work towards greater independence. We''re looking for someone who is compassionate, proactive and organised, with experience supporting vulnerable people or those with complex needs. Whether that experience comes from housing, support work, youth services, care or volunteering, we''d love to hear from you. This role is based in Oxford and involves regular travel between multiple properties across the city, so a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.
