Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Electrical Site Manager to oversee our construction project in Stratford from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently while adhering to safety regulations and project timelines. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Duties

• Supervise daily site operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate project progress.
• Develop and maintain project schedules using tools such as Primavera P6.
• Monitor project budgets and resource allocation, ensuring optimal use of materials and labour.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and quality of work.
• Prepare reports on project status, including time management updates and any potential delays.
• Utilise Civil 3D software for site design and analysis as needed.
• Foster a positive working environment, promoting teamwork and effective communication among all site personnel.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Site Manager or in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and regulations.
• Proficiency in project management software, particularly Primavera P6 and Civil 3D.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
