London Permanent Band 9 from £121,528 including HCAS Inner London Shape the future of Imperial''s estate through the capital investment behind it Lead Estates Capital Projects across Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust, taking responsibility for the strategy, planning and delivery of a complex Trust-wide capital programme. This is a senior leadership role with the scope to influence both the estate Imperial has today and how it develops for the future. Reporting directly to the Director of Estates and Facilities, you''ll lead the Capital Projects team, oversee projects ranging from £5k to more than £20m and manage annual capital budgets over £20m. You''ll work across the Trust to make sure investment is directed effectively and projects deliver the safe, compliant clinical environments patients and staff need. The impact you''ll have Take the lead on a capital programme that touches every part of a large and complex healthcare estate. You''ll influence which projects move forward, how capital is allocated and how schemes are planned, procured and delivered.
