Using the CNC machineOperating industrial machinery, which can include a hydraulic press, grinder, borer, or overhead craneFitting the right tools to active machinesPerforming proper set-up and calibration procedures for all equipment and accessoriesSetting tolerance levels and cutting speedsTranslates the requirements of detailed part drawings into measurements for productionInspecting workflows to ensure that technical and quality standards are metDevising a work plan to efficiently carry out daily machining CNC OperatorThe Candidate Experienced with CNC OperationsDesirable to have had experience of working with metals, wood and plastic Be proficient at set up, operation and adjustment of tool and fixture offsets on CNC machine tools as well as conventional milling machines would be preferred.Ability to read engineering drawings and quality plans.
