My client are a £1billion+ developer/contractor that work all over the UK facilitating housing and regeneration schemes.
Based out of one of their flagship offices, they require the services of an Landamp;D Manager to work very closely with the senior leadership team.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Design, implement and manage employee learning and development programs
- Assess training needs, develop strategies and evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives
- Identify and assess individual and organisational learning needs through various methods
- Create and implement learning strategies and programs that address identified needs, including designing blended learning solutions
- Oversee and manage budgets for learning and development activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient resource allocation
- Work with stakeholders, including senior leaders and HR partners, to align learning initiatives with business objectives and communicate program benefits
Depending on the calibre of the candidate, up to £45k plus package is what is on offer for the right person.
