Pasta Production Chef Requirements

Proven experience in a similar pasta production role, ideally within luxury or high-volume hospitality settings

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a small brigade

Expertise in producing a variety of fresh pasta types to exacting standards

A stable and consistent employment history that reflects reliability and professionalism

Commitment to maintaining high levels of hygiene, organisation, and operational efficiency
