This is a great opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a rapidly expanding organisation where you will work on large complex projects across the globe, with clear cut progression to Director and quality support on chartership.

Are you a Quantity Surveyor with experience working within a consultancy and are looking to become a technical expert? Do you want to work on major international developments within a growing consultancy offering clear progression to Director?

This consultancy specialises in project management and cost consultancy, primarily working with developers on large-scale residential and mixed-use schemes. Despite being part of a wider group, the team operates in a close-knit and agile environment, offering the best of both worlds large project exposure with a collaborative, personable culture.

You will be working on high value projects, taking responsibility for cost management and client interaction, ensuring successful delivery from a commercial and contractual perspective. Where you will be working on multiple projects at once either individually or within a team. The role will involve an office or site presence, with 1 or 2 days per week on site or in the office in Birmingham alongside flexibility to work from home.

Therefore, the ideal candidate will be a client-side Quantity Surveyor who is a member of a professional body, who can show effective communication skills and wants to progress their career technically and professionally.

The Role:

• Provide cost consultancy services across major construction projects
• Working on multiple projects at once
• Liaise closely with clients, stakeholders and project teams
• Based remotely, with weekly site visits

The Person:

• Experience working within a consultancy environment
• Experience working on Residential projects ideally
• Member of professional body
• Happy to travel to Birmingham office on a weekly basis
