This role will ensure successful design and delivery of change through stakeholder collaboration to define priorities, manage risks, and optimise business processes for long-term value, focus on ensuring UK business change impacts are fully understood and managed, while enabling successful localisation of global processes. The role requires strong leadership and stakeholder engagement across business and technology teams. Key Responsibilities: Identify, assess, and manage UK-specific business change impacts resulting from the ERP upgrade. Ensure business readiness and adoption through effective change planning and execution. Collaborate with global process owners to adapt and localise global ERP processes for the UK market.
