Business DevelopmentIdentify and win new clients through cold calling, networking, and market researchBuild long-term partnerships with clients and understand their hiring needsNegotiate terms of business and manage client accountsCandidate ManagementSource and attract top talent via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and CRMScreen, interview, and assess candidates’ suitability for rolesManage candidates throughout the interview and onboarding processDeliver an excellent candidate experience from first contact to placementFull 360 ManagementMeet and exceed KPIs and billing targetsMaintain accurate and up-to-date records on the CRMStay up to date with market trends in your niche (Cloud, Cyber, Data, etc.)Required Skills and Experience

1+ year in a recruitment consultant role (360 preferred, 180 considered)Proven track record of billing and meeting KPIsStrong sales, negotiation, and communication skillsSelf-motivated, target-driven, and resilientKnowledge of the tech recruitment space is advantageousWhat’s in It for You?
