The Role As the Registered Manager, you''ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, safeguarding, compliance, and staff leadership. You''ll have the autonomy to drive the service forward while being supported by an experienced senior management team. What You''ll Need Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager ready to step up. A strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and Children''s Homes Regulations. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards it). A proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
