This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong technical expertise in lamination, coating, slitting and converting processes who is passionate about driving continuous improvement, developing others and supporting operational excellence.Working closely with the Operations Manager and cross-functional teams, you will be the technical expert for conversion processes, helping to introduce new technologies, optimise production, improve quality and reduce waste across the business.Purpose of a Conversion Specialist: As the Conversion Specialist, you will provide technical leadership and operational support across lamination, coating, slitting and lasering processes.
