Registered Manager – Leamington Spa, Nearby Areas & South Warwickshire
Salary: Up to £44k p/a (negotiable, depending on experience) + performance-related bonus

We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to lead and grow a new homecare service covering Leamington Spa, nearby areas, and South Warwickshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape a branch from start-up to success, working closely with a supportive director.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a high-performing care team

• Manage care quality, compliance, and CQC standards

• Build strong relationships with clients, staff, and local stakeholders

• Drive business growth and community presence

About you:

• Proven experience in managing or growing a care branch

• Strong leadership, communication, and people skills

• Excellent understanding of CQC regulations

• Passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care

• Full UK driving licence and access to a car
