They''re operating at pace, with iterative releases planned over the next 6 months, and are looking for a hands-on Test Lead/Test Manager to take ownership of the test strategy and delivery. This role requires someone comfortable working with ambiguity, who can self-manage, and is just as happy Scripting tests as they are leading stakeholders through UAT. It''s a roll-your-sleeves-up kind of job. Key Responsibilities: Own and deliver the test approach for a greenfield software build Write and execute test scripts; manage test cycles and defects Lead UAT with SMEs and business teams Work closely with Agile squads and DevOps engineers Upskill internal team members and mature testing capability across people and process Ensure quality is Embedded across the SDLC in a high-velocity delivery environment Essential Skills and Experience: Experience of leading testing on greenfield projects ideally within Financial Services (but not essential) Strong hands-on testing and Scripting skills UAT leadership and stakeholder engagement experience Agile and DevOps delivery model knowledge Proven ability to work in ambiguous environments and ..... full job details .....
