We are currently recruiting on behalf of a company based on the outskirts of Ipswich who are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join their growing team. You will be responsible for developing sales and growing customer relationships across East Anglia. This is a dynamic, customer-facing sales leadership position, offering the opportunity to grow new business, strengthen existing partnerships and drive commercial success. Key Duties: Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to deliver agreed revenue and margin targets. Maximise growth within the existing customer base through proactive account management and commercial development. Identify, pursue and convert new business opportunities across the region. Gain a clear understanding of customer needs and work with the wider business to provide tailored product, service and commercial solutions. Take ownership of key customer accounts, driving retention, growth and profitability. Stay informed on competitor activity, market developments and changing customer needs to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive position. Lead, motivate and develop a small telesales team, with telesales colleagues reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager. Partner closely with the telesales team to identify sales opportunities, generate leads, develop existing accounts and increase customer spend.
