As an Internal Key Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting and developing national accounts, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining back-office support. You will work closely with the sales and service teams, helping to manage customer relationships and optimise performance.Your key responsibilities will include: Supporting the Key Account Director with administrative tasks and reporting, as well as following up on enquiries. Coordinating equipment deliveries and ensuring service-level compliance.Preparing quotes, sales reports, and review meetings.Handling customer requests, invoice queries, and daily engagement.Attending customer meetings to strengthen relationships.
