NES Fircroft are supporting one of their OandG clients in Great Yarmouth with a Logistics Co-ordinator role.This is a permanent position and has a major focus on shipping logistics, therefore we are looking for an individual that has extensive knowledge within import / exports and dangerous goods.Key responsibilities:Creation of despatch notes for equipment despatchedCreation of Import commercial invoice and clearance instructionsCreation of Export commercial invoices, despatch notes, cargo summary ticketsLiaise with freight forwarders for quotations and to ensure efficient shipping of subsea equipment to worldwide destinationsObtain export and import entries to complete logistical files required to satisfy audit requirementsProvide logistical knowledge to all parties on site and identify means of shipping equipmentLiaise with all Warehouse and Logistics colleagues to ensure the efficient and accurate control of imports and exports, confirming full compliance with company and legislative requirementsLiaise with colleagues globally in relation to shipments and document control in international locationsHyperlink and manage all import, export, and domestic documentation to comply with standardised record keepingCheck and validate all freight invoicesAssisting with internal Import/Export auditing where appropriateAssist in the out of hours rotaCreation of Purchase Orders to facilitate freight invoices Requirements: Knowledge of Export Licence controlKnowledge of all import ..... full job details .....
