This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Conveyancer who is confident running their own caseload and looking to develop further within a supportive environment.The successful Conveyancer will be joining a busy, friendly team with a long-established client base and a strong reputation for quality service. As a Conveyancer, you will be responsible for handling a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and new builds.The Conveyancer''s roleThe Conveyancer will be expected to manage their own files independently while contributing to the team''s success and maintaining high client service standards.
