LITTLE LEARNERS JOB DESCRIPTION FOR THE MANAGER TITLE: Nursery School Manager ACCOUNTABILITY: The post holder will be responsible to the owners of the Nursery. RESPONSIBILITY: The manager will be responsible for the management of all the staff in the setting when necessary. LOCATIONS: Little Learners In The Park, Durnsford Recreation Ground, SW19. Little Learners In The Gardens, Southfields, SW18. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: To deliver and ensure a high standard of learning, development and care for children aged 2-5 years. All aplicants must hold a LEVEL 3 qualification in childcare and have at least three years management experience. To manage the day to day activities of the setting. To ensure that the nursery is a safe environment for children, staff and others. To develop partnerships with parents/carers to increase involvement in their child development.
