If youre looking for a place to make a real difference read on.What youll be doingAs a Senior Product Manager, youll work closely with the Head of Product to oversee and optimise the discovery and execution of our product squads and ensuring our Workday roadmap(s) are targeting the correct value in line with our wider strategy. Youll support the running of our squads by working with product and delivery managers to encourage and collaborate on best practices for scrum / product delivery, increasing learning and development velocity. Youll have overall accountability for prioritising what your team builds and why they build it, as well as the responsibility of defining experiments and research approaches that identify user needs and validate the impact.Within this role, youll also analyse data and processes to support the engineers with requirements, and work with designers to ensure there is a shared vision for the user experience and that user stories are ready ahead of development starting.
