Finance Manager Leicester - Hybrid Working £- Negotiable Full Time, Permanent SF Recruitment are working with a superb manufacturing business in their search for a Finance Manager to join the business on a full time, permanent basis. As the Finance Manager you will effectively manage the Financial Accounting team and report into a supportive Finance Director. The ideal Finance Manager will be a qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) accountant with experience in an SME/Manufacturing environment. As the Finance Manager you will provide timely and accurate management accounting information whilst supporting and developing the Accounting Team. Duties of the Finance Manager: - Provide effective Financial and Management Accounting service which meet the needs of the business. - Prepare and present monthly and year end accounts - Assist with the preparation of budgets and forecasts providing variance analysis - Design, develop and implement daily KPI''s for the Finance team - Responsible for meeting the SOX control requirements through the completion of quarterly testing and ensuring the SOX Documentation is complete and accurate. - Responsible for the preparation and submission of accurate VAT Returns, IPR Returns and other gov statistics - Preparation of annual budgets - Preparation of year end stat accounts and liaise with company auditors - Continuously strive to improve the operating working capital of the business Qualifications and Experience: - A Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA with 3+ ..... full job details .....
