Expect to work on cases related to reporting, upgrades, cloning, and database tables, supporting users and internal teams in identifying and resolving issues efficiently.Key requirementsMinimum

2 years’ experience in application or technical supportConfident with

SQL

– running queries, joins, analysing data structuresAble to read and troubleshoot scripts –

Unix shell, Bash, and UI scriptsUnderstanding of

web-based UI behaviour is a bonusStrong
