Home based, with occasional office attendance, you will coordinate investigations, scope solutions and oversee the delivery of remedial works that address building safety risks, from external wall systems to compartmentation and life safety systems.Working closely with surveyors, consultants, contractors and resident stakeholders, you will translate technical findings into clear action plans, track progress to closure and ensure full compliance with evolving legislation and internal standards. Your work will directly improve residents'' peace of mind and demonstrate our commitment to doing the right thing, the right way.ROLE EXPECTATIONSMost days you will review reports and evidence, prioritise risks, and convert recommendations into robust, costed remediation plans.
