Principal Recruitment Consultant – Education at Milk Education, Liverpool City Centre HQ. We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a background in education, healthcare, or a fast-paced 360 environment who is ready to level up.Milk Education is an independently owned education consultancy with a unique approach. We have experienced significant growth, expanding from 4 offices to 9 in 3.5 years, including recent expansions into Guildford and London City Centre. We are part of the Make Life Kind charity initiative and offer a clear development path and strong culture.Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Principal Consultant to join our team in Liverpool City Centre HQ, with opportunities across Primary, Secondary, and SEND divisions. The role offers a rewarding desk with scope for significant growth and success. As a Principal Consultant, you’ll be set on a clear path to progress with structured goals from day one to help you step up to Managing Consultant level if that is your ambition. In this 360 role, you’ll manage the full recruitment cycle, including:Client relationship managementCandidate sourcingFull-cycle recruitmentMarket analysisYou’ll contribute to end-to-end engagement with clients and candidates, ensuring quality and consistency in all you do.What We Offer
