Are you a passionate Housing Litigation Solicitor, Associate, Barrister, or Chartered Legal Executive Advocate looking to take the next step in your career?Our Manchester office is expanding, and we’re looking for a skilled legal professional to join our dynamic and supportive team.At Anthony Collins Solicitors, we’re proud to advise and represent housing associations, local authorities, charitable landlords, and co-operatives across England. You’ll play a key role in delivering expert legal advice and advocacy that makes a real difference to the communities we serve.Within this role you will manage a varied and rewarding caseload, including:Defending disrepair claims, and supervising legal assistantsSecuring and defending anti-social behaviour injunctionsProsecuting under the Environmental Protection ActHandling possession claims, including Equality Act and mental capacity defencesResolving residential leasehold and shared ownership disputesProviding housing management advice, carrying out policy reviews, and delivering legislative updatesYour Team:You’ll be part of a close-knit, ten-person team based in Manchester, collaborating closely with colleagues in our 17-strong Housing Litigation team across Birmingham and Manchester.
