What''s the role?We require, first and foremost, a legal contracts specialist who has had experience within the UK construction, energy, renewables or utilities sectors and is comfortable working with NEC, JCT and other model terms and conditions for projects in those sectors. The successful candidate will lead on sales and purchasing contract reviews and negotiations working with the sales and commercial operations teams in our businesses together with other legal advice and support as required. Key Responsibilities: Contract review. The review, analysis and negotiation of business contracts with customers, suppliers and other third parties. Our customers and suppliers are constituents of the construction, energy, renewables and utility sectors and we manufacture and supply both power products and undertake design and construction services to this group.
