This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and detail-oriented professional to support a busy Sales and Marketing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in sales administration, CRM management, reporting, forecasting, and commercial operations. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day support to the Sales team. Prepare quotations, pricing requests, proposals, and sales documentation. Maintain accurate customer and sales records within the CRM system. Produce sales reports, forecasts, and management information. Support CRM administration, user queries, and data quality initiatives. Coordinate sales meetings, travel arrangements, and team activities. Work closely with internal departments to ensure efficient sales processes and excellent customer service. Assist with process improvements and operational projects. Required Skills and Experience Experience in Sales Administration, Sales Support, Sales Operations, or a similar commercial support role. Strong CRM and Advanced Microsoft Excel skills - Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP Experience producing reports and analysing sales data. Excellent organisational and communication skills.
