We are looking for a dedicated, passionate, and enthusiastic individual to join our management team at our new 4 bed residential home based in Slough. The home will accommodate children aged 11-18 experiencing Emotional and Behaviour Difficulties, Autism, ADHD. Salary : £55,000.00-£65,000.00 per year Additional pay: Bonus scheme Performance bonus Yearly bonus Successful candidates will need to possess the following: You must have a minimum of 2 years in a senior position within a residential childcare setting. Hold a QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management Diploma or be actively working towards completing this. Hold a minimum Level 3 or 4 in Residential Child Care (Children and Young Peoples Workforce) or equivalent. Experience in leading and supervising a team within a Residential Child Care setting.
