This is a great opportunity for an aspiring project manager to develop their career in a supportive, structured environment. You will contribute to the successful delivery of construction projects, gaining experience across project lifecycle stages. You will be supported by a dedicated mentor and guided toward professional accreditation. This role is ideal for building a strong foundation in construction project management and progressing within the profession.Key Responsibilities
Support senior members of the Project Management team in delivering successful outcomes for clientsContribute to all project phases—from concept through design, construction, to operationCoordinate and communicate with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to meet project objectivesHelp ensure actions are taken by the right people at the right time to drive projects forwardMaintain project data and assist in planning, tracking milestones, and reporting on progress and costAttend site visits and project meetingsQualifications
Degree qualified in any Built Environment course or similar technical disciplineBehaviours
Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, effective time management, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client serviceBe a team player, comfortable building relationships across multidisciplinary teamsRLB Employee Benefits
