This opportunity has become available as part of our strategic investment in the North and Scotland regions, proactive succession planning, and ongoing commitment to expanding our footprint in these key regions. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual with a technical background (mechanical / electrical) looking to take the next step in their career. The role Responsible for maximising revenue and customer retention through: Upgrades and modernisation projects Spare parts sales Service and maintenance contracts The successful candidate will play a key role in developing long-term client relationships, improving asset performance for customers, and positioning the business as a trusted lifecycle partner for combustion equipment and plant. Key Responsibilities Aftermarket Sales and Revenue Growth Develop and execute the after sales strategy across upgrades, retrofits, spares, and service agreements Upgrades and Modernisation Identify opportunities to upgrade: Burners, controls and combustion systems Develop technically and commercially robust upgrade proposals in collaboration with engineering teams Service Contracts and Lifecycle Management Develop, sell, and manage service level agreements (SLAs) and planned maintenance contracts Work closely with service delivery ..... full job details .....
