Head Of Talent Acquisition and People
to lead our hiring strategy, develop our people operations, and build a thriving team in a fast-paced creative environment.This leadership role focuses on building high-performing teams, creating excellent people processes, and maintaining our reputation as an exciting and rewarding workplace in the creative industry.Responsibilities include:
Leading all hiring processes from planning to onboardingPartnering with leadership for workforce planningBuilding a pipeline of top talent in various rolesImplementing inclusive recruitment processesManaging freelance hiring and external partnersPeople Operations and Development:
Overseeing onboarding, offboarding, reviews, and development frameworksSupporting employee growth and career developmentCreating HR policies for a remote-first cultureIntroducing tools and initiatives for team engagementAdvising senior leadership on people mattersCulture and Experience:
Leading cultural initiatives to promote creativity and inclusionOrganizing team experiences and wellbeing activitiesGathering feedback to improve work practicesShaping benefits offerings with leadershipSkills and Experience:
3+ years in talent acquisition, preferably in a creative or digital agency2+ years in HR leadership rolesExperience in scaling teams and building recruitment functionsKnowledge of people operations, performance, and engagementStrategic mindset with hands-on abilityFamiliarity with HR tools (e.g., Workable, BambooHR, Notion, Slack)Excellent communication and relationship skillsPassion for inclusive workplacesProblem-solving skills with good judgmentFamiliarity with TikTok or creative industries is a bonusAdditional Perks:
