A leading UK manufacturer and distributor of specialist goods is seeking an ERP Application Specialist to join its dedicated IT team. This position plays a key role in supporting and enhancing the central ERP platform that underpins core manufacturing and supply-chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide support for the ERP system and associated business applications
- Diagnose and resolve real-time system issues
- Drive continuous improvement and support ERP upgrade activity
- Lead system enhancement initiatives and improvement projects
- Manage user and system administration tasks
- Liaise with vendors and third-party partners
- Improve reporting processes and support automation opportunities

Essential Experience

- Strong technical/functional understanding of ERP solutions
- Background in manufacturing or supply-chain environments
- Solid project management capability
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of on-prem to SaaS migration activities

Desirable: Experience supporting EDI solutions.

Salary: £40,000–£45,000 + 25 days holiday + benefits
