What Youandrsquo;ll Be Doing:
andbull; Supporting pupils in class, either one-to-one or in small groups
andbull; Working closely with teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons
andbull; Encouraging children to stay focused, feel confident and enjoy learning
andbull; Helping to create a safe, welcoming and positive classroom environment
andbull; Adapting support to meet individual learning needs and abilities

About You:
andbull; You have a genuine passion for supporting childrenandrsquo;s learning and development
andbull; Youandrsquo;re caring, patient and enthusiastic andndash; with a great sense of humour!
andbull; Previous school or childcare experience is a bonus andndash; but not essential
andbull; Youandrsquo;re a confident communicator and a great team player
andbull; Youandrsquo;re flexible, reliable, and always ready to lend a hand
