Group Finance Manager Salary: 55,000 + annual bonus Hours: 40 hours per week Location: Office-based, close to Liverpool Street Station Care homes: 7 We are recruiting for an experienced Group Finance Manager to join an established care group currently operating across 7 care homes. This is a hands-on management role, ideal for an experienced finance professional who already has knowledge of the care sector and has previous experience managing a finance team. The role You will oversee the group''s finance function, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong financial controls and effective day-to-day management of the finance team. You will currently manage a team of 2, while working closely with senior management and the wider operational teams across the group. Key responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day finance function across the group Manage and support the finance team Prepare and review management accounts and financial reports Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning Monitor cash flow, income and expenditure Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting Maintain strong financial controls and processes Work closely with Home Managers and senior management Support financial decision-making across the 7 care homes Ensure compliance with relevant financial requirements Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and systems About you We are looking for someone with: Previous experience as a Finance Manager, Group ..... full job details .....
