Customer Service Administrator Full Time Monday-Friday Permanent - North Nottingham We''re recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join a well-established manufacturing business in Mansfield. This is a busy, varied role supporting customers throughout the order process while working closely with sales and internal teams. Key Responsibilities Processing customer orders, quotations, returns and credit notes. Managing customer enquiries by phone and email. Providing order updates and resolving delivery queries. Building strong customer relationships and identifying upselling opportunities. Maintaining customer records and pricing within SAP and CRM systems. Working closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth order-to-cash process. About You Previous customer service or customer administration experience. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Strong attention to detail. Good Microsoft Office skills. SAP or CRM experience is desirable but not essential. A proactive, positive approach and a genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service.
