Senior Site Manager Braintree 3 Positions Available Residential New Build £75,000 £85,000 + Car Allowance + PackageWe are currently working with an established residential house builder who is looking to appoint three Senior Site Managers across three new developments in Braintree, Essex.Each development will consist of approximately traditional-build units, offering the opportunity to take ownership of a substantial residential project from site delivery through to completion.The Role Reporting into the Contracts Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management and delivery of your development, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme, to a high standard and in line with commercial objectives.You will have a team of one Site Manager and one Assistant Site Manager reporting into you, providing leadership and direction across the site.Key responsibilities will include: Taking overall responsibility for the successful delivery of the developmentManaging and coordinating the Site Manager and Assistant Site ManagerOverseeing traditional-build residential construction from groundworks through to completionManaging programme, quality, health and safety and build standardsCoordinating subcontractors, trades and site activitiesWorking closely with the Contracts Manager and wider project teamEnsuring homes are delivered to the required specification and programmeDriving high standards of build quality and site presentationMonitoring progress and ..... full job details .....
