The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities within the automotive and motorsport industry. The role focuses on growing revenue, building long-term customer relationships, expanding market presence, and supporting the company''s strategic growth objectives. Working closely with engineering, operations, and commercial teams, the BDM will manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to contract negotiation and account development. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within motorsport, specialist vehicle manufacturers, and engineering companies and suppliers. Generate qualified leads through networking, industry events, referrals, and market research. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
