This is a key leadership role within a growing business, offering the opportunity to take ownership of projects, mentor engineers, and play a part in shaping the future direction of the company. This position is ideally suited to a Senior or Principal Mechanical Engineer looking to step up into an Associate-level role, with a clear pathway to Director.
