This senior role will focus on Commercial Due Diligence (CDD) engagements while contributing to a wider portfolio of value creation initiatives across the investment lifecycle.The position offers the opportunity to join a high-performing global team, where you will combine delivery excellence with revenue generation, building on the firm’s established reputation and supporting its continued growth.The RoleLead and deliver commercial due diligence projects for private equity and corporate clientsPartner with investors and management teams to design and implement value creation strategies, from pre-deal planning through to post-deal transformationDrive business development, originating opportunities and cultivating relationships with senior client stakeholdersCollaborate across the wider value creation and sector teams to deliver integrated solutionsDevelop and mentor consulting teams, ensuring a culture of high performance and professional growthCandidate ProfileStrong consulting background with extensive experience in commercial due diligence and value creation projectsIn-depth knowledge of the Consumer and Retail sector, including market dynamics, investment trends and growth driversDemonstrated success in revenue generation and client relationship managementProven execution capability, with the ability to manage complex, fast-paced engagementsLeadership experience with the ability to inspire and retain top talentSeniority level
