Are you experienced in Sales and Key Account Management? Do you have strong relationship building skills? Have you got a background in the Agricultural or related sectors?The Company: An established seed business.The Job Role: As Key Account Manager, you will create, agree, and implement clear plans for maximising and sustaining margin and royalty income from agricultural accounts, using agreed sales and marketing tactics. You will build and maintain a highly effective industry network to achieve the plans. You will be recognised in the industry as a trusted and valued partner and always operate by company values. Have excellent technical knowledge of the company Agricultural portfolio. Collaborate with the Coordination, Marketing, Technical and Operations teams to commercialise new products. Be active in your own personal development within the company.Location: Lincolnshire based with travel across the UK. (Some overseas travel will also be required).
